This Shipping & Return Policy is a part of the Terms & Conditions<\/a> of our Internet Site (the \u201cSite\u201d) and is binding on all Site users.\u00a0 If you are unwilling to accept the Shipping & Return Policy, or any of the Site\u2019s Terms & Conditions, we ask that you do not use the Site.\u00a0 References to “Company,” “we” or “us” in this document mean Schoemaker Design, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions.<\/p>\n

RETURNS POLICY<\/h2>\n

We do not accept returns\/provide refunds for merchandise.\u00a0 Feel free to exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days<\/span> of delivery for a different size. \u00a0You are responsible for any costs related to shipping the item back to us, but we will pay for the shipping to get the exchanged item back to you.<\/p>\n

As an added convenience for customers, items purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24<\/span> will be subject to a 30-day exchange period that begins on Dec. 26<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Shipping Policy<\/h2>\n

All merchandise products ordered from the Site are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.\u00a0 We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling, which increases based on the number of items that you order.\u00a0 Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but may take longer (5-9 business days) to ship if we need to print an item on-demand. \u00a0Once your order ships, you\u2019ll get an email with a USPS tracking number.<\/p>\n

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen during shipment, or for any errors made by USPS. \u00a0Thank you for your understanding.\u00a0 If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks<\/span> of receiving your shipping notification, please e-mail us through our contact page<\/a>\u00a0and we will attempt to resolve the issue with USPS.<\/p>\n

If your order total exceeds $45 before applicable taxes and shipping and handling, shipping is free.\u00a0 Should you choose to exchange an item after receiving free shipping, a $5 shipping charge will be deducted for shipping cost.<\/p>\n

Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Shipping & Return Policy and\/or in the Terms & Conditions, in the event that timely shipping and\/or the performance of any obligation of Schoemaker Design, LLC is prevented due to acts of God or any government restriction, wars, hostilities, blockades, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, adverse weather conditions or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Schoemaker Design, LLC, then Schoemaker Design, LLC shall not be responsible to you for any failure or delay in shipping or the performance of any of its obligations.\u00a0 Schoemaker Design, LLC shall promptly notify you of such force majeure condition.\u00a0 The terms of this clause shall not exempt, but merely suspend, Schoemaker Design, LLC from its duty to perform until as soon as practicable after a force majeure condition ceases to exist.<\/p>\n
