A common misconception, the Coffee and Ice Cream bar opens just as early as its coffee competitors at 7am so you can actually purchase a cup of ice cream for breakfast. A great place for anyone on a budget who needs some carbs and caffeine. In a beautiful historic building come by here to have a classic high tea. Enjoy towers of sandwiches, freshly made in house quiche and unlimited tea flavors.
