MERCHANDISE SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

This Shipping & Return Policy is a part of the Terms & Conditions of our Internet Site (the “Site”) and is binding on all Site users.  If you are unwilling to accept the Shipping & Return Policy, or any of the Site’s Terms & Conditions, we ask that you do not use the Site.  References to “Company,” “we” or “us” in this document mean Schoemaker Design, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns/provide refunds for merchandise.  Feel free to exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a different size.  You are responsible for any costs related to shipping the item back to us, but we will pay for the shipping to get the exchanged item back to you.

As an added convenience for customers, items purchased between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 will be subject to a 30-day exchange period that begins on Dec. 26.

Shipping Policy

All merchandise products ordered from the Site are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling, which increases based on the number of items that you order.  Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but may take longer (5-9 business days) to ship if we need to print an item on-demand.  Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a USPS tracking number.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen during shipment, or for any errors made by USPS.  Thank you for your understanding.  If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification, please e-mail us through our contact page and we will attempt to resolve the issue with USPS.

If your order total exceeds $45 before applicable taxes and shipping and handling, shipping is free.  Should you choose to exchange an item after receiving free shipping, a $5 shipping charge will be deducted for shipping cost.

Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Shipping & Return Policy and/or in the Terms & Conditions, in the event that timely shipping and/or the performance of any obligation of Schoemaker Design, LLC is prevented due to acts of God or any government restriction, wars, hostilities, blockades, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, adverse weather conditions or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Schoemaker Design, LLC, then Schoemaker Design, LLC shall not be responsible to you for any failure or delay in shipping or the performance of any of its obligations.  Schoemaker Design, LLC shall promptly notify you of such force majeure condition.  The terms of this clause shall not exempt, but merely suspend, Schoemaker Design, LLC from its duty to perform until as soon as practicable after a force majeure condition ceases to exist.
