Open year-round, this rooftop bar is climate controlled to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The food is good but has small portions and the drinks are very strong. They can accommodate large groups and the view is spectacular. The menu changes with the seasons, so there are usually new things to try.

With inside and outside seating this place is perfect for a night out no matter what mother nature has in mind. The waitstaff and bartenders are knowledgeable and make you feel right at home.It has a perfect view of the Empire State Building and the city skyline. The drinks are a little pricey starting at $15 but it is worth it for the view and the atmosphere.
Gallow Green
On top of the McKittrick Hotel, this secret garden style rooftop bar comes decorated with twinkle lights and greenery which help set a very romantic atmosphere. This place is perfect for a buffet style brunch and the service is great. The downside is that is it only open during the summer months. If you have a date on a clear, summer night, this is the place to go.
There are many benefits of having a gathering like a company party or a networking event at a rooftop bar. For these types of events it is expected that people dress up and inside the temperature can be less desirable. If the Air conditioning is too high then women in dresses or sleeveless shirts may get cold, or if there isn’t enough ventilation and there is a big crowd, it may get stuffy.
Being at an indoor venue can also leave room for issues with noise. Either the music can be too loud or again if it is a large group with everyone talking it can be hard to hear the conversation you are having.
