The facilities are clean and eco friendly which really is appreciated and allows for a pleasurable workout. It is open to all levels of experience and the staff is incredibly supportive to newcomers and have great information for those looking to take their practice to the next level.

Rated by several members as the “gold standard of yoga”. It is craft yoga for advanced level practices with high attention to detail. The methodical instructors help make the experience spiritual as well as physical exercise.  The equipment is all high quality and very clean.

On a warm sunny morning you can enjoy fresh air and hear birds singing while working on your yoga practice. Make sure to get there early to get a good spot, the park fills up early. There is one class every morning with different instructors to give a difference experience and different moves.
