Quarter+Glory

Q+G is an ode to the bars of old; classic American watering holes where the everyman gathered to share good drink and conversation with whomever happened to stride up to the bar. Where folks from all walks of life found common ground on which to stand still for a bit, pause and share a moment. Q+G embodies the spirit of creative types of an era coming together to converse about their individual crafts and the unique creative process that connected one to the other, whether it be journalists, poets, actors, novelists, or just the neighborhood raconteur. It is this feeling, this simple conviviality built on a foundation of solid cocktail bona fides that creates an atmosphere and a community that is an American Cocktail Bar.

Eatbar

EatBar is a reimagined tip of the hat to our eponymous neighborhood bar opened by Nathan Anda nearly decade ago in Arlington. It was there that Nate began his foray into butchery and craft charcuterie, the net of which gave form to Red Apron, the Partisan and B Side. Far from carbon copy, EatBar Capitol Hill nonetheless celebrates the original’s spirit, along with its jukebox, a portion of its zinc bar and a few other familiar touches – with a deliciously idiosyncratic menu backed by an extraordinary collection of wines, beers and spirits. We hope you enjoy this re-boot as much as we have putting it all together, and look forward to years of good food, good tunes and good times together.
